Incident Reporting & Investigations
Duration: 3 hours
A workplace must have a process to report workplace related injuries, illnesses and dangerous occurrences. Upon receipt of these reports, a process must also be in place to ensure investigations are completed to prevent re-occurrence.
At the end of the course, attendees will be able to:
- Explain the purpose(s) of reporting and investigation
- Identify the legislative requirements
- Identify key players to ensure the policy is effectively implemented and maintained
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Internal Safety Leaders
- Workplace Safety and Health Committee Members

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Course registration will be accepted up to the course start date. However, RPM may cancel or postpone the course if a minimum number of learners have not registered 7 days before the course date. Register early to avoid disappointment!
For courses that have a fee, payment must be made in full prior to the course date in order to complete registration. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or cheque. Manitoba Trucking Association members in good standing may be invoiced, however the cancellation policy still applies.
