**Please note that we have had to implement a course registration policy for our first aid courses. While most of our training courses are free for those registered in or certified by RPM Trucking Industry Safety, there is a cost for RPM to host the training. Unfortunately, an increasing number of registered participants for our Emergency/Standard First Aid and Psychological First Aid are either not showing up or cancelling within a few hours of the course start time. This has an impact on our courses and overall training program.
For this reason, RPM is implementing a course registration policy effective November 01, 2020 for our Emergency/Standard First Aid and Psychological First Aid courses. All companies participating in the RPM program must provide a valid credit card number, which will be charged a no-show fee of $100 if the registered participant does not attend the training session without providing 48 hours' notice of cancellation. You can send an alternate student if the individual registered cannot make it; however, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours if an alternate participant is attending.
Many of our courses require a minimum number of attendees for the course to run successfully; others have waiting lists or require materials to be pre-ordered. All courses require preparation time invested by our instructors. No-show attendees significantly impact our courses and overall training program. Thank you for your understanding.
